Key Account Manager - Oxfordshire

Who will I be working for?

What will I be doing?

  • First point of contact for key clients, across the product portfolio.  Involving proactive initiatives, reactive and problem solving and on the phone and face to face meetings. Liaising with other teams across the business to ensure complete client satisfaction. 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve key performance indicators for all clients, as well overseeing any up-sell opportunities in the client base.  Including conducting workshops and regular review meetings for clients to encourage more volume and client retention.
  • Commercial reporting: Ensuring that adequate reporting is delivered on a monthly basis using SalesForce CRM.  
  • Demonstrations: Working with other team members and departments to demonstrate solutions for prospects and existing clients on the phone, at meetings and at industry shows.
  • Public speaking; sharing your industry knowledge by speaking at events and webinars.
  • Resolving customer disputes and complaints: Taking responsibility for disputes or complaints from the assigned client base ensuring client satisfaction balanced with commercial considerations.
  • Co-ordinating with other Departments:  Work closely with internal departments to ensure that client projects, queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Mentoring other team members, ensuring that we utilise the collective knowledge and expertise within the team to deliver the level of service that all of our clients require, whilst also working towards the company’s financial targets.

What skills and experience are required?

  • Thorough understanding of the digital marketing ‘ecosystem’
  • Superb client management skills
  • Strong commercial ability, able to ensure that all clients are as profitable as possible
  • Strong personality with the willingness to inspire other team members through knowledge and drive
  • Excellent English and a strong, confident telephone manner
