What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the provision of strategic and operational support to a defined area of the business. In addition, you will lead on companywide Reward and Benefit improvement strategies and work in collaboration with our two existing HR Managers who are the HR leads on ‘Wellbeing’ and ‘Disciplined Performance’.

HR Managers play a key role in the success of their business and are pivotal in the interactions between employees, Practice Directors, Project Managers and Human Resources. You will act as trusted advisor to the leadership team, managers and employees on a wide variety of HR matters and will be responsible for optimizing employee engagement, development and contribution to the business. You will also be responsible for responding to any issues raised in a professional, timely and supportive manner.

  What skills and experience do I need?


  • Proven operational and strategic HR Management experience.
  • Professional HR qualifications (CIPD, degree level or equivalent).
  • Previous experience of line management, coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent understanding of employment best practice.
  • The ability to test and challenge assumptions.
  • Outstanding networking and influencing skills.
  • Experience of facilitating meetings.
  • The ability to collaborate with others
  • Experience of positively influencing change within an organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills.

A salary of £40,000.- 50,000k
