Who will I be working for?

My client are a fantastic Oxfordshire employer with awards to prove it. They are now seeking to appoint an Events Executive

What will I be doing?

You will have responsibility for organising and running the event calendar.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Organise and plan event calendar
  • Organise all event administration
  • Coordinate the attendance of guest speakers
  • Book travel, venues and all associated event merchandise
  • Liaise with event contributors and event sponsors as required
  • Administer event feedback 

What skills and experience are required?

  • Graduate calibre ideally within an Events or Marketing specialism
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude

Is there anything else I need to know?
