Customer Service Advisor - Witney

Who will I be working for?

What will I be doing?

  • Working within a team of six people you will:-
  • Process customer orders
  • Process customer data registrations
  • Generate licence keys
  • Resolve customer queries 
  • Complete all necessary documentation

  • Solution and resolution focused

Is there anything else I need to know?

This role is offered as a permanent contract.  The hours of work are 9:00am to 5:00pm with a half hour lunch (37.5 hour week).
