What will I be doing?
My client is seeking an individual passionate about IT and providing amazing customer service to assist their client base with a range of IT support issues.
They are looking for an all-rounder, experience with Windows Server networks, 2008 & preferably 2012, with Exchange Servers, Active Directory & Group Policy. SQL knowledge would be a plus. General Experience with Windows 7, 8 & 10 Desktop environments.
Standard IP knowledge of internal & external IP address range types is expected, along with basic, subnetting & routing.
They would expect that you have experience of dealing with the usual network peripherals, firewalls, routers etc.
Cisco experience would be a plus but not essential.
What skills, qualifications & experience will I need?
The ability to inspire confidence in clients, meet deadlines, and be responsible for the day-to-day support requirements of the clients and the network.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills are a must, with documentation of activities in our Issue Management System.
What else do I need to know?
This is a full-time, permanent contract and requires a clean, full driving licence.
